Yes, we offer free estimates for all services. Our sales reps walk your property, take measurements, and usually provide your estimate on the spot.
Once your estimate is scheduled, you’ll receive text reminders to confirm your appointment. Our sales reps usually arrive between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. within a 2-hour window. After walking your property and discussing your needs, they’ll prepare your estimate — often the same day. Once approved and deposit paid, you’ll be scheduled within 48 hours, and notified by text and email.
No. As long as we have access to the property, estimates and work can be completed without you being home.
For maintenance packages, we serve the Peninsula: Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Seaford, Poquoson, Williamsburg, and Toano. For landscaping, hardscaping, and holiday lights, we also travel to Gloucester, Carrollton, Smithfield, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Suffolk.
No minimum for clients in our main Peninsula service area. For projects outside the Peninsula, a $1,500 minimum applies.
Maintenance packages can usually begin right away. Landscaping and hardscaping projects are scheduled within 1–2 weeks.
We do not offer one-time or short-term mowing. Mowing is only available as part of our yearly care packages so your property receives consistent care.
You can pay securely through our client portal. The portal allows you to add a credit card on file, set up autopay, view upcoming appointments, and send requests to our office team.
Yes! We proudly offer veteran discounts, we also offer prepay discounts, and honor discounts found in ValPak mailers or door hangers.
We work with Belgard, Unilock, and Techo-Bloc pavers — premium brands known for durability and beauty. They come in a wide variety of shapes, colors, and styles so we can design the perfect patio, walkway, or firepit for your space.
Our holiday lighting service includes everything: custom design, professional installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. Once you book your first year, you’ll also receive 50% off every future year.
Holiday lighting projects start at $997, with most running around $1,500. We only schedule estimates for clients who are comfortable with this starting price.
